Use KlawAgent for legitimate business purposes. Don't abuse the service. Pay on time. We'll do our job and you do yours.
KlawAgent provides a managed AI agent platform ("the Service") built on the OpenClaw framework. We deploy, host, and maintain AI agents on your behalf on a dedicated server. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You may not use KlawAgent to:
The platform fee is billed monthly. AI API usage costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are billed separately at cost plus a transparent margin, detailed in your monthly usage report. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month.
You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, your server and data will be decommissioned. We recommend exporting any data you need before cancelling.
Your data is stored on your dedicated server. KlawAgent accesses it only to operate your agent. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
KlawAgent provides the Service "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken by your AI agent. You are responsible for reviewing agent outputs before acting on them.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll give you at least 14 days notice of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
